Councillors approve projects in Motherwell which involve demolition of existing flats and building new homes

A total of 90 new units have been approved for Montrose Street, a development which will see the demolition of 23 flats In Bellshill Road, and in Watson Street where 41 flats will be torn down to make way for 30 new ones.
