John Jinapor debunks Pwalugu Dam payment claims, says contractor was paid but abandoned project

The Minister for Energy and Green Transition, Dr John Abdulai Jinapor, has firmly rejected reports suggesting that the contractor for the Pwalugu Dam project was not paid, describing such claims as false and a misrepresentation of his remarks before Parliament.
