Landlord refuses to pay 'ridiculous' £260 council fee to place advertising boards outside his own pub

Scott Illman, owner of the Magpie and Crown in Brentford, said there is 'no way on God's Earth' he will be paying the fee, which under current legislation is £260 annually.
