Woman in her 20s is dead and man is fighting for his life after car being chased by police crashes: Driver, 24, is arrested

The woman was a passenger in a white BMW M135 that failed to stop for police and drove on the wrong side of the road on the A19 dual carriageway near Sunderland during the pursuit.
